Hydrating shampoo and conditioners for brittle winter hair

During the cooler winter months our locks require extra moisture to keep bouncy, healthy and smooth and to grow your hair. I recommend lowering water temperature when rinsing your hair and avoid heat tools where you can but if using heat tools make sure you always protect your hair with thermal protector.”

Although it can be tempting to reach for the hair strengtheners and electric curlers, Sarah Boxshall and Jami Richards from Code Blonde, recommend using fewer heat tools on your hair during the winter months and turn up the treatments to combat dry brittle hair.
