With delicious bites and an extensive selection of wines, spirits and cocktails, Lot. One Potts Point has already made a splash in the local dining scene.
Opening in May 2018 with their relaxed yet intimate space, creative seasonal menu and excellent function capability it’s no wonder the venue is quickly becoming the coolest spot to hang out. The vibe is a comfortable mix of old and new, modern and vintage and provides a beautiful space for great conversation amidst upbeat music.
Having worked together at the restaurant ‘Lot. 1 Sydney,’ on York Street before buying it and moving it over to Potts Point, the four owners worked hard starting everything from scratch at the new location.
Head Chef and co-owner Xenia describes the menu as an ‘Australian Fusion,’ making a point that they deliver a multicultural influence throughout all dishes. ‘We never wanted to pigeonhole ourselves in any particular cuisine, because that really limits the creativity of the kitchen. We wanted to bring to the area of Potts Point something that is constantly changing and evolving, something that will always be interesting and intriguing,’ explains Xenia proudly. Xenia brings extensive experience with an impressive background working in some of Australia’s most prestige dining venues including Sake In The Rocks, Jonah’s Restaurant in Whale Beach and Fig Tree Restaurant in Byron Bay, just to name a few. The cocktail and wine menu at Lot. One changes seasonally and complements the food to a tee.
The team at Lot. One has the ability to make customers feel like they are at home. Service is friendly and warm yet professional, and always with excellent attention to detail.
