Cafe Del Mar Bali has brought Ibiza’s iconic laidback luxury lifestyle to Indonesia.
Known worldwide for its dazzling sunsets and euphonic music sessions, Cafe Del Mar celebrates the Ibiza lifestyle at the Canggu shoreline with front row seats to Bali’s own famed sunsets. Open Monday to Sunday from 11.00 am until late, Café del Mar Bali invites guests to drop in for a lunch that lingers on through sundown, and stay on through the night to dine, dance and revel under the stars.
Arriving at this impressive beach club which wraps around an impressive 700 square-meter infinity pool it’s hard to choose between the 58 sun loungers, 37 day-beds, and 13 cabanas all facing the ocean. However, despite where you decide to park yourself for the day, all areas of the club offer laid-back luxury which has been the ethos of the brand since its first sunset bar in Sant Antoni de Portmany on the Spanish island of Ibiza in 1980.
The sun lounges at the very edge facing the ocean are fantastic if you want to make the most of the ocean breeze whilst capture the sun whilst being close to the infinity pool. From here you can order and enjoy both casual food and delicious drinks just steps from the ocean. The truffle wood oven pizza and homemade cheeseburger are both excellent to share. For lighter options the chicken salad is delicious and for those who crave something the sweet, the dessert menu has both tiramisu and pannacotta.
There is, of course, also a plethora of creative cocktails and mocktails to choose from. The ‘Morning Mango Colada’ is amazing and so is the ‘Isla Bonita Sling’. There’s also a great selection of gins, wines, and beers.
After lunch, there’s no better place to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun than on your private sun lounger to the sound of the famous Cafe Del Mar tunes. Those hanging around for a few hours will be able to enjoy the spectacular sunset and when the sun has set and the music is turned up the party is starting.
