RESTAURANT GUIDE: Nikki Privé Restaurant & Winter Terrace, Nikki Beach Marbella

Nikki Beach Marbella extends its season with the restaurant and winter terrace – Nikki Privé. Famous Nikki Beach in Marbella is currently taking a winter break and is closed until April next year, however, the exclusive day-to-night lounge Nikki Prive with its impressive and expansive terrace is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until 2nd January 2019.

With an incredible ocean view of the Mediterranean Sea, this luxurious beach styled venue is open for lunch, dinner and drinks. To celebrate the festive season the dining area has been decorated in true Christmas spirit with furs spread across the outdoor chairs and red poinsettias on every table. With live music and entertainment, the atmosphere is as festive as the decoration with a live DJ playing upbeat lounge tunes on the terrace in the warm winter sun.

The menu features the iconic brand’s signature cuisine. The tasting menu which is available for lunch includes grilled scallops, mushroom tart or spicy tuna rolls (sushi) for starter followed by chicken Ballotine, roasted salmon or beef fillet for the main course. For puds, guests can choose between ‘The orange tree’ which is a creme brûlée served in an orange or a classic pear crumble.

All dishes come in generous servings. The tuna rolls for the starter is absolutely divine and served with all the usual sushi trimmings and the scallops are cooked to perfection. and the waiter is kind enough to give us some breathing time before the main courses arrive which gives us enough time to soak in the beautiful view whilst sitting outside on the sunny terrace.

Both main courses are fresh, light and perfect to enjoy for lunch. The presentation is superb with the salmon being served in an interesting large bowl which is decorated with large stones and seaweed.

The pear crumble is delicious and the famous ‘Orange Tree’ hides a hidden layer of chocolate at the bottom of the orange.

With amazing food and of course one of the best views in Marbella it is hard not enjoy an afternoon at Nikki Prive. Add fantastic weather, great music and friendly staff to the mix and it’s a winning concept for anyone looking for a relaxed vibe, awesome crowd and a great time!

Every Sunday Nikki Privé is also hosting a Sunday Brunch from 12-4pm as well as an extravagant New Year’s Eve party.
