The interior is designed to match the concept of the menu, creating a fusion through the use of materials and forms. Throughout the 70 person capacity space with indoor & outdoor seating, you will see a combination of copper, mesh and custom designed solid timber tables aimed at bringing diners back to Australian roots through the use of local materials. “ The intent was to create a backdrop for the vibrant, colourful, and loud food that is served; hence the atmosphere is somewhat dark and moody… serving as a canvas for the real hero – the food”. JAMU is located in the heart of Richmond and is open Tuesday to Sunday for dinner with lunch sittings from Friday to Sunday, this new hotspot will fast become one of your new locals.
