One of the hottest new London hotel openings of 2020 is The Mayfair Townhouse in London. The British luxury hotel brand behind Cliveden House, Chewton Glen, Lygon Arms and 11 Cadogan Gardens to debut their new townhouse hotel in Mayfair, London. Located on Half Moon Street alongside Piccadilly, The Mayfair Townhouse will debut in September 2020 with 172 rooms & suites (including 2 Penthouse Suites and Garden Suites), The Dandy Bar, private gym and versatile event spaces.
Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, Marylebone
The Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is set to open in early 2020 in the city’s West End, joining its sister hotel in Shoreditch. Located in the heart of London’s Marylebone w1, Nobu hotel London portman square will feature 249 guest rooms and suites, together with a Nobu restaurant, ballroom and meeting spaces. Nobu Barcelona opened last year.

A new design-led hotel is coming to Shoreditch in 2020. Based on the theme ‘London reloaded’, the nhow hotel combines traditional British icons with unconventional contemporary elements. Part of the 250 City Road Development, the hotel will boast colourful textures and contemporary art in each of the 190 vibrant rooms spread across eight floors. The hotel will also house a ‘reinvention of the British pub’, a bar and a gym.

The Londoner’s opening in June is probably one of the most anticipated hotel openings this year and definitely one of the hottest new London hotel openings of 2020. Describing itself as ‘the world’s first super boutique hotel’, the new concept will offer a boutique experience on an impressive scale including six restaurants and bars, a Japanese-inspired lounge with roof terrace, two Odeon Luxe cinemas, a swimming pool, spa, salon and gym.
NoMad London, Covent Garden
Opening in London’s iconic Covent Garden this summer NoMad London will compete with the hotel group’s properties in LA and New York. The grand Grade II listed Magistrates’ Court will be turned into a swanky hotel with lots of marble and chic colour tones.
