Hotel G Singapore

Hotel G Singapore: A quirky hotel for the young, hip and cosmopolitan travellers.

Hotel G Singapore is a fun, chic and luxurious hotel with an overarching quirky theme throughout the property. The hotel’s popular Ginett Wine Bar & Restaurant and 25 Degrees Burgers & Liquor Bar add French and American culinary flavours to complete an excellent stay at this quintessential lifestyle hotel.

Hotel G Singapore’s location

Hotel G Singapore, located 20-min from the airport, benefits from a premium central location. Situated only a stone’s throw from the Orchard Road, Bugis and City Hall entertainment and with a 5-minute walk to several MRT stations, all major entertainment areas and the city’s attractions can easily be accessed via the subway lines.

Cool Hotels in Singapore

Hotel G’s Facilities

Arriving at the cosy and chic reception area, which is very rock-n-roll, the hotel feels very ’boutique’ and smaller than it actually is. In fact, Hotel G Singapore boasts 308 rooms split across three room categories (Good Room, Great Room, and Greater Room) ranging from 13 – 27 sqm. The hotel’s two excellent restaurants, 24/7 retro gym, cool workstation in addition to the unique hotel rooms provide guests with a real lifestyle experience.

The fully equipped gym, with treadmills, bikes, elliptical, climbers, wellness balls and weights, is located on the third floor and follows the hotel’s quirky theme. Designed to evoke a feeling of being in a retro American boxing gym, the vintage photographs on the walls and brick walls get the testosterone pumping guaranteed.

Those travelling for work will be pleased to find the brilliant workstation, a large table with bar stools, next to the French restaurant Ginett. The multiple international power and USB plugs make this the perfect spot to hook up your laptop and get work done whilst enjoying a nice coffee. If you need a break, Ginett is a great spot for socialising and mingling and the large windows lend themselves well to a bit of people watching too!

The Good, Great and Greater Rooms

The rooms are on the small side, however, with a clever and innovative layout (the bathroom sink is for example in the hallway) they still feel spacious. The colour palette is earthy and the rooms feature design elements such as cool dreamcatchers over the bed and a pinboard with hotel news, offers and information.

All hotel rooms are equipped with a 32-inch TV, coffee and tea making facilities, USB points, and a study desk. The king-size beds’ quality linens, comfortable pillows, and the blinds ensure a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms have rain showers and luxury amenities from Australian brand METIS.

A nice bonus is the water cartons which are being used instead of plastic bottles as well the water and ice dispensers which are available on each floor.

The Breakfast at Hotel G

The daily breakfast is served in the Ginett Restaurant which is split over two floors. The ground floor has a great selection of French pastries (the croissants are superb), yoghurts, tea, and coffee. The first floor offers hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, a salad bar, and bread.

Ginett Wine Bar & Restaurant

Ginett Wine Bar & Restaurant with its $6 wine/ glass

Ginett Wine Bar & Restaurant is equally as popular among hotel guests as walk-ins. With its open-air design which partly has large ceiling-to-floor windows, the French diner with its vibrant atmosphere is hard to miss from the street. The majority of the staff members are French, adding to the authenticity, and can talk you through the extensive and impressive premium French wine list. Perhaps most known for their $6 wine/ glass, Ginett also offers excellent farm-to-table dishes, cold-cuts, and cheeses. The beef cheeks with mashed potatoes paired with one of the Bordeaux wines is a great choice. If you can’t get a table in the high-ceilinged indoor dining area (the restaurant fills up quickly in the evenings) you can enjoy dinner at the U-shaped bar.

$12 burgers at the 25 Degrees Burgers & Liquor Bar

This cool burger bar originates from the legendary Los Angeles concept of the same name which also has sister venues in Chicago, Huntington Beach, and Bangkok. Not only does 25 Degrees serve up some of the best burgers in town, they also have a great daily lunch offer – $12 burgers (!). For the ultimate American burger bar experience, guests can add a milkshake to their order and enjoy their meals whilst watching football on the big TV screen.

Who is Hotel G for?

For young solo travellers or couples looking for a funky and cool hotel mixing quirkiness with modern design. The cosmopolitan vibe together with the excellent food and drinks on offer from both Ginett and 25 Degrees makes this hotel the perfect place for foodies. The fast complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the designated workstation, and the central location, make Hotel G Singapore an excellent hotel for business travellers and digital nomads alike. For those planning to explore more destinations after Singapore, it might be worth considering visa services like Visa Express to ensure a smooth travel experience. Expect to be pleasantly surprised when checking in to Hotel G. Oh, and make sure you arrive hungry, the food and drinks are way too good not to try.

Sometimes luxury shows up quietly, without fanfare Sometimes luxury shows up quietly, without fanfare or a grand lobby to announce its presence. That is exactly how Finca Victoria arrived in Sa Riera—a restored estate where the pine-covered hills and Mediterranean set the tone before you even step inside.

Opened in 2025 after careful renovation of a historic property, it captures something rare on the Costa Brava: the feeling of having discovered a corner that hasn't yet lost its soul. Just thirty-eight rooms, all adults over fourteen, spread across what feels more like a private summer house than a resort determined to impress from the first moment. The central cloister anchors everything, with warm stone arches, ceramics, and Catalan tuff flooring that gives you a sense of place without leaning too hard on nostalgia.

The food alone tells you this was done with intention. AlKostat del Mar, led by chef Jordi Vilà, serves seasonal Catalan cooking rooted in local produce and fire. A rice dish can become the reason you're traveling somewhere new. Breakfast stretches from eight until eleven with made-to-order hot options alongside a carefully edited buffet—eggs Benedict with salmon, avocado toast, regional specialties like black butifarra with beans—that makes rushing feel unnecessary.

But what lingers is the room itself. In our Terrace Suite, nearly sixty square metres overlooked both sea and the rolling hills of Begur. The bathroom held both bathtub and rainfall shower. An outdoor shower faced sideways toward the horizon. These details don't shout; they settle into your memory slowly.

Spa appointments run through the Victoria Wellness Spa with water circuits, saunas, jacuzzis, and sensory treatments—all requiring advance booking, which somehow makes the peace even sweeter when you arrive. Morning yoga happens inside one of the suites, sunlight filling the space as you ground yourself into the day rather than race through it.

There is a complimentary shuttle to Begur village until late evening, and the beach is literally a short walk away. Private boat trips can be arranged for up to six people. Paddleboards, loungers, anything on the water the hotel can help coordinate through external partners. Yet even with
