Ibiza Hope
Returning for the second year running, this season Aiyanna & Amante will welcome exclusively new design collections from fashion favourite Ibiza Hope. These include two exciting new clothing lines that beautifully reflect the island’s rustic spirit– its oceanic and breezy ‘Beachwear’ and the ‘Culture Encounters’ African collection.
A brand that offers an authentically Ibizan feel, Ibiza Hope beautifully showcases locally inspired and sourced materials. This whole concept has been meticulously created by Ibiza resident Ivonne Carolina, using locally sourced fabrics from her studio on the island. All dresses are handmade, purposely avoiding any other industrial process or technological washing.
Organic Garden
Continuing to connect conscious diners with their surroundings in a sustainable manner, both restaurants source the majority of their produce from their own organic vegetable garden with meat and fish dishes carefully selected from local fisherman and farmers. Prepared with local culinary traditions with heart and care at the core of each dish, SLOW dishes are a delicious selection of modern Mediterranean ingredients, sustainably conscious and nutritious. From organic beetroot and avocado, tartar served with marinated turnip and aji dressing, to chargrilled Formentera squid served with mashed potatoes, Ibiza’s sobrasada and Salicornia seaweed – Amante and Aiyanna are fine dining restaurants that leads the way for SLOW dining.
