Today marks the first day of Dry July! But that doesn’t mean it’s just boring water on the cards. Mother and daughter nutrition duo Hannah and Jen of @HealthyLuxe, has created the most insanely delicious healthy mocktail recipes for those steering clear of the booze. From an Elderflower Kombucha Spritz to Frozen Pine-Mango Daiquiri Mocktails and Healthy Pina Coladas get ready for some seriously tasty healthy mocktail recipes.
Elderflower Kombucha Spritz
Oh, Spritzy, how we love you. Let us count the ways: Packed with probiotics: This healthy mocktail recipes include Elderflower and Lemon Kombucha is a key ingredient, and it’s heaving with good bacteria that make it all the way safely to your gut thanks to our smart ole bacillus coagulen, a particularly robust probiotic. While other kombucha’s probiotics wither away the minute they’re outta the fridge, ours is like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Yep, it’s a hero in a hard shell, built to survive from shop shelf to fridge shelf, from the first crack of the bottle, all the way to your tum. Zero sugar. Yes, you read that right. Unlike other mocktails that make up for a lack of spirit-led flavour by dumping in the sugar syrup, our Elderflower Kombucha Spritz has not a speck of sugar to be seen. Ingredients
1 handful of ice cubes
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
300ml Nexba Elderflower and Lemon Kombucha*
150ml Soda Water
Lemon wedges (to garnish)
Mint leaves (to garnish)
Instructions
1. Distribute ice cubes and lemon juice between two glasses.
2. Top up with Nexba Elderflower & Lemon Kombucha and finish with a splash of soda water (if using).
3. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
Frozen Pine-Mango Daiquiri Mocktail
Mangos are the perfect addition to smoothies, salads, salsas; and last but certainly not least, delicious summer mocktails like this Pineapple Mango Daiquiri Mocktail. If you’re looking to swap that m in mocktail for a c to make a more classic daiquiri, simply add a few shots of premium quality light rum. We recommend garnishing this daiquiri with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and if you’re feeling a bit fancy, perhaps a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mango
1/3 cup Nexba Pineapple & Coconut Tepaché*
1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
1 handful of ice cubes
Mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until well combined.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves (optional).
Healthy Pina Colada Mocktail
Do you like Pina Coladas Of course you do! And this tropical creamy coconutty Pina Colada Mocktail is going to blow your mind. No need for rum (or tropical getaways), just whip up a batch of this booze-free brew, and chillax. Pineapples and pineapple juice may help to relieve coughing thanks to its exceptionally high vitamin C content, as well as the anti-inflammatory effects of the enzyme, bromelain. On top of that, pineapples are loaded with antioxidants that support your body in fighting disease and illness. Some studies even suggest that pineapple can speed up recovery time after surgery or intense exercise. So yep, there’s plenty of health benefits associated with pineapples!
Ingredients
2 cups frozen pineapple (simply slice a fresh pineapple and freeze for 1-2 hours)
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt (+ extra to serve)

Shredded toasted coconut (optional)

1. Combine ingredients in a high power blender. Blend until creamy.
2. Pour into serving glasses and top up with additional coconut yoghurt.

Frozen Minty Lychee Mocktail
To create the vibrant green colour of this mint mocktail we’ve blended fresh mint leaves with a pinch of a superfood, matcha powder. This is an optional ingredient however if you’re on a bit of a health kick then matcha definitely won’t go astray. Matcha enhances the well-known health benefits associated with green tea, such as: improved focus enhanced immune function supporting detoxification and metabolic processes.
Ingredients
1 cup of ice cubes
1 lime, juiced 1/2cup
Nexba Lychee Lemon Sparkling Water
10 mint leaves (+extratogarnish)
1tsp matcha powder (optional)
Lime wheels, to garnish
Instructions
1.Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until it forms a slushy-like consistency.
2. Spoon into a wineglass (or glass of choice) and garnish with lime wheels and/or additional mint leaves)

1 cup of frozen mixed berries
2 tsp blackberry powder
330ml Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha*
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until well combined.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with coconut flakes.
