As you follow the dreamy olive groves into the estate, you’re greeted by the sight of a charming two-story main residence and a modern guest cottage, just 200 meters apart from each other, on a sprawling 25-acre. The main residence boasts elegant Hamptons-inspired architecture, with vine-covered decks and balconies beckoning you to explore further.
Upon stepping inside the main residence, you’re in a world of luxury and comfort. My favourite features are the high ceilings and sunlight-filled living spaces that create a country ambience. The heart of the home is a grand open lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and plush furnishings, perfect for intimate gatherings.
Alongside the lounge, a combined dining area and brand-new shaker-style kitchen, offer a seamless blend of style and functionality. A huge en-suite bedroom, with private access outside, is the clincher, where the estate continues with an inviting swimming pool, surrounded by lush landscaping. A guest bathroom and large laundry complete the ground floor.
Venturing upstairs, you’ll discover another three spacious bedrooms, each offering flexible bedding configurations to suit your preferences. These rooms enchant, with their en-suite bathrooms, freestanding spa baths and elegant French doors that lead to private balconies offering panoramic views of the olive groves and countryside beyond.
Downstairs and detached to stand in its own glory, a games room beckons with its pool table, extra large TV, fridge and comfortable leather couches.
