Refuel at the hotel’s brand new fine dining restaurant by ambitious young Head Chef, Matthieu Hervé, which opened on the 16th November 2018. Housed in the old stables, the restaurant’s large windows boast spectacular views of the park, while the charming courtyard is perfect to enjoy a sumptuous al fresco meal under the sun or the stars.
Unusual for the region, the restaurant serves cuisine terre et mer, where top-quality meat from local butchers and fresh seafood makeup Matthieu Hervé’s extraordinary à-la-carte and tasting menus. Matthieu served under some of the greatest chefs in the world where he acquired his incredible passion and skill for gastronomy, before becoming head chef at Château de Montcaud.
